The Osma Ultrarib Double Socket Short Radius Bend 15° 225mm (Dia) Brown is made from unplasticised polyvinyl chloride. It is a double socket bending used for drainage applications. Being demountable, the bend is provided with the push-fit joint system. The bend is supplied with sockets on all ends. The sockets are fitted with ring seals which act as both a sealing and expansion joint. The installation of the pipe is done by laying it on trench bottom and making small depressions to accommodate the pipe or fitting socket. The pipes rest on lengths of barrel after several adjustments. With the thickness of 25mm and bow range of 165mm, the bend is highly strong and durable. It is manufactured with cut-out marks to convert to a channel bend for use within traditional manholes.
