Jewson Civils Frazer Click & Collect and Delivery Information

At Jewson Civils Frazer we know your time is important, and how crucial the reliability of your deliveries can be. Every member within our team shares the same desire to deliver the best customer service possible. Our operational teams are here to ensure the accuracy, efficiency and service is upheld to the best possible standard, delivering on-time-in-Full. We have a growing fleet of over 150 vehicles that delivers to the furthest corners of the UK, with over 175 experienced employed drivers that have a wide range of skill sets to meet your demands. We operate Crane/Moffett mounted vehicles, however we can source different kinds of vehicle types beyond our current fleet spec.

Delivery information

Over the last year our business, like many others have been on a journey. We have quickly adapted and changed our processes and protocols to ensure we operate Safely whilst maintaining a high level of service. We continue to deliver ensuring our drivers are protected with masks, gloves and sanitiser. We offer a contact-free delivery service to help protect our drivers and customers. Our deliveries are made between 7am and 4pm Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays to Mainland UK.


Delivery is free on orders over £300 to credit account customers, a £30 delivery charge applies to all orders under £300 and non-credit account customer orders.


We deliver across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and British Isles. Our own fleet will deliver in the majority of instances, however, we may need to outsource to a haulier to support your delivery and if so we will do so requiring the same exacting standards.

Expecting a delivery?

You will receive a text message when the delivery is within 30 minutes of reaching you. You can also ring your local branch who will be able to assist and give you an ETA on your delivery. Alternatively, you can call 02476 933 102

Collection from any one of our branches is FREE. You can choose any location you like, whichever is most convenient for you.

Orders made before 1pm on a working day will be available from 3 hours. Orders made after 1pm will be available for collection the next working day. For orders made at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, please allow 3 hours before coming into the branch on the next working day.

Uncollected click & collect orders will be put back into general stock after 72 hours. We can’t guarantee availability after this point, so remember to collect your items.
