At Jewson Civils Frazer, we understand the value of your time and recognise the critical importance of reliable delivery, every single time. Our great customer service doesn’t stop there, we take it to a new level by ensuring every member of our team is driven by the same passion to deliver excellence.

Our dedicated operational teams work tirelessly to maintain impeccable standards of accuracy, efficiency, and service, going above and beyond to ensure your deliveries are made on time and in full. We've built a formidable fleet of over 150 vehicles that traverse the farthest corners of the UK. What's more, our fleet is bolstered by a talented team of 175 experienced and skilled drivers.

We operate Crane/Moffett mounted vehicles, however we can source different kinds of vehicle types beyond our current fleet specifications, to meet the unique demands of your projects.

Delivery information

With our in-house delivery, you get reliable service every time. Whether you find a suitable product through our nationwide branch network or online, we thrive to deliver it direct to your site when required. 

Our deliveries are made between 7am and 4pm Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays to Mainland UK.

Delivery is free on orders over £300 to credit account customers, a £30 delivery charge applies to all orders under £300 and non-credit account customer orders.

We deliver across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and the British Isles. Our own fleet will deliver in the majority of instances; however, we may need to outsource to a haulier to support your delivery and if so, we will do so by requiring the same exacting standards.

Expecting a delivery?
You will receive a text message when the delivery is within 30 minutes of reaching you. You can also ring your local branch who will be able to assist and give you an ETA on your delivery. Alternatively, you can call our central Customer Service team on 02476 933 102.

Click & collect information

Collect your order from any one of our branches for FREE. You can choose any location you like, whichever is most convenient for you. Find your nearest branch.

Orders made before 1pm on a working day will be available from 3 hours. Orders made after 1pm will be available for collection the next working day. For orders made at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, please allow 3 hours before coming into the branch on the next working day.

Uncollected Click & Collect orders will be put back into general stock after 72 hours. We can’t guarantee availability after this point, so remember to collect your items.
