Paying your Frazer Credit Account

If you have a Frazer credit account, there are a number of ways in which you can make a payment. We offer flexible payment methods to suit you.

1. Pay online

You can make a payment to your account online by signing into the 'My Account' area, and clicking on 'Make an account payment'. 

2. Telephone and internet banking

If you wish to use your bank’s telephone or internet banking service to make a payment on your account, you will need to give your bank the following details:

  • Your 7 digit Frazer credit account number (shown on invoices and statements)
  • Our bank sort code – 20-62-61
  • Our bank account number – 00618691
  • Our bank account name – STARK Building Materials UK Limited

3. BACS payment

If you wish to pay your credit account by BACS you will need the following details:

  • Your 7 digit Frazer credit account number (shown on invoices and statements)
  • Our bank sort code – 20-62-61
  • Our bank account number – 00618691
  • Our bank account name – STARK Building Materials UK Limited

4. Credit or debit card

You can make a payment over the phone using your debit or credit card by calling our Glasgow office on 0141 425 2298

5. Post

You can send your cheque, made payable to STARK Building Materials UK Limited, together with your remittance advice to:

6. At your local branch

You can also make a payment over the counter at your local branch.

  • Please allow 5 working days for your payment to reach us.
  • Please quote your account number on all payments.
  • We will never contact you by e-mail to inform you of a change of account details for payment and if you receive a letter notifying you of a change of account details please, contact our credit control office as detailed on your account statement. your most recent account statement from us will always show our correct bank account details.
