EJ Cast Iron Manhole Cover with Polypropylene Frame for Inspection Chambers has a good load bearing capacity, making it suitable for use in pedestrian, driveway & medium duty covers as specified. 450mm in diameter and 43mm in depth. The product is available in black colour with a polished finish. It is manufactured using ductile iron, which is a type of cast iron made of tough iron-carbon material. The material offers a unique combination of strength, wear resistance, and toughness, as well as excellent ductility characteristics. The product has better longevity and it comes with a slip resistant tread pattern. The strong webbed design delivers a substantially stronger lid capable of withstanding a maximum loading of 15kN (when supported by a concrete plinth). The product can be used for external or internal applications for both domestic and commercial requirements.
