The Fernco AR2250 Adaptor Coupling 240-250mm (Min Dia x Max Dia) / 260-285mm (Min Dia x Max Dia), sometimes referred to as a reducer coupling, is designed to connect unadopted drainage pipes with different outside diameters – connecting larger drainage pipes to smaller drainage pipes and vice versa. AR Adaptor Couplings feature an extra wide clamp band on one side to connect specifically to UltraRib, ensuring the coupling seals across multiple ribs for additional sealing protection. These simple yet effective connectors can be tightened onto pipes using a nut driver and torque wrench, creating a permanent airtight and watertight seal in just seconds.
